I agree with you there Ron. At least our free kicks and corners improved against Walsall, mainly due to Lewie, although its a shame we can't have him in the box when he takes them.
I'm sure some are a bit bored with the Alan Clarke goals link I put up in these instances so here's an Ian Rush goal tribute we can learn from
opphs forgot the link

Why are MK Dons employing strikers who don't know how to shoot?
Surely that is in the job description, I don't expet the Physio to be able to shoot but I would have thought it should be a mandatory skill for a professional footballer escpecially one who is primarily employed to score goals.
I can understand getting a coach to teach the youth players, but the 1st team shoudn't need to be taught.
Who do you even have as your strikers now?
Ibehre is a lump who is awful
Try & improve your banter Owly as you aren't hitting the target either and as much as you say about Jabo he has a nice song.
Wasn't so much banter, just as much as a genuine question? I have no idea really, name them
To be fair a lot of them fell to Jabo, and our fans seem to accept it when he misses simply because he's Jabo, and pretend to actually think he's good when professionally he's one of the worst finishing strikers we've had..Nice guy and all that, but I just don't understand why people can accept one player having a rubbish game, but as soon as someone else messes up it's not right...
I was there too and I was a bit upset by a majority of the supporters' take on it. Someone, about 5/10 minutes from the end was shouting his head off abusing the players and actually heard ONE person boo...It makes me angry that people (Rightly or wrongly) boo at the final whistle if we fail to win, and when we do win at a difficult place to go regardless of the situation, boo? As I said it was one person, so not blaming any of you guys.
Win is a win. But I totally agree, our shooting Saturday was terrible.
Now Ian Wright's coaching our attackers, let hope we can expect more of the following:
