Alas I am at home Loko ! A meeting in Bolton that ended at 5pm left me rather a long way from Aldershot with no time to get to the game. Sadly my work pays for my football so sometimes you have to grin and bear it.
A 2-0 defeat. Seems I did not miss much with just 2 shots on target.
Yea Otep that is so true mate but where was corbs tonite not even on bench. But never mind look forward to Saturday Up the brewers
Having listened to the commentary it sounds like we never got going tonight, Amankwaah injury was unfortunate as the introduction of Darren Moore led to the conceding of 2 goals within 12 minutes ! Think that was the same as against Gillingham. Not singling Big Dave out as evidently we were very poor just stating facts. On the radio there mascot who was banished from the touch line was the listeners "man of the match" !!! Ah well it will soon be Saturday !
Hi terrace man where did you hear the game couldn't find it anywhere .bbc Surrey said they had it I didn't hear a mention .
The game was on radio Derby and the Albion site, i enjoyed the text banter with Albion fans on there as you can communicate through out the game,we managed to keep smiling and laughing despite our non-performance.
Just heard Pesch on the Albionplayer admit to it being a mistake to leave Ronnie out of the squad,Darren Moore should retire he's a liability these days, any team knows they just have to play the ball over the top and he will get caught out.Corbs should always be in the squad due to his versatility in any position, fair play to Pesch he held his hand up to the mistake. Unfortunately due to his yellow card Tony James will now miss Saturday,i hope Stanno is fit enough to play because Amankwaah has tweaked his hamstring which only leaves Moore to partner Austin. Webster can play as an emergency centre back and to me that would be preferable to Moore.
