Scrappy game with defences on top (slightly surprising given the goals conceded by both in the past few matches). I wouldn't say you were fantastic today, more that it was a fantastic moment win it.

Credit to you guys who came organised well and were difficult to break down. But we didn't create enough or look like creating enough. There was no invention in our play and the tempo we played at wasn't good enough. Your two centre mids (Clayton looks a real player BTW) impressed with the way they harried us in possession. Never gave the likes of Wellens any time on the ball to get their heads up and pick passes and you attacked with pace wide as well. And then the times when we went to Howard, he was very well handled by Kisnorbo who never gave an room to breathe. Maybe you could say the ref was a bit quick to penalise Big Steve when Kisnorbo was pretty much doing the same but he marshalled the big man well. It's too often a problem that we can't break teams down or create enough chances against them and something the new manager will have to work on.

Once again it's inconsitency as well though. Play well away at Burnley and then don't really turn up today and until we sort this out, we aren't going anywhere fast. Our midfield again was too slow and static. It was probably a combination of you pressurising and closing down well and us just being sluggish whenever we did find space. But, still, we're only 3 points off the play-offs and with a squad that should on paper (I know 'football's not played on paper' etc.) should be competing but it was a dis-jointed performance from a dis-jointed club at the moment and we have to get a new man in soon and we need to get the right man in soon who can sort out our two major problems if we are going to be challenging for the play-offs, let alone auto's.

There have been far, far worse candidates than Grayson linked with us over the past 10 days I can say that! Roy Keane, Chris Coleman, even Iain Dowie for Christ's sake!

David O'Leary and Schteve McClaren are still showing up at 40/1 [shudder]. Mind you, on second thoughts so are Carlo Ancelotti, Marcello Lippi and Slaven Bilic so maybe we're safe after all...

well one of our resident numpties was suggesting after Wednesday's defeat that Dowie is a better manager than Grayson because 'he's got an engineering degree'!

Greatness ... whilst I'm still in a foul mood having come in from the match... do you actually attend matches

I was at Burnley- we got three points at Burnley - everyone there would tell you that we did not outplay Burnley ... thats the truth - but as often happens away from home when teams attack you ... you hit them short of defence...

You can't back up your belief that he's a good manager.

Just demented chanting.

Our belief that he is a good manager is in the belief that he's doing a good job!..

What is there to back up?.

If you think he's doing a good job you should be able to see why.

In the real world of any sport teams are determined by where they sit in there table, the thing is some are at the top and some are at the bottom!..

Now, the way I, and I think a lot of others see it is, we are in the top half of the table, we are well within touching distance of the top teams, and we are capable of catching them!..

But then, with the season still in its early stages you find some that want to question the table, throw insults at the team and bring down the guy that has got us there!..

Grayson as far as I see it has this season to get it right, if he doesn't then more in the stadium will turn against him, and life will become harder!..

But until it gets that far the ones doing the calling and saying things against people on here should take a closer look at home!..

Who are the deluded like you call others, them or you?..

And if you find that hard to answer then you can pay a visit to your doc, I'm sure he'll do all he can to help, all we can do is hope he's a mate of Michael Jacksons doc!.

If you're saying he has this season to get it right that means he must have got it wrong in the past.

Again somebody appears to be wishing death on me for wanting Leeds to be more successful.

I think someone is determined to be miserable. It was a decent win, try allow yourself a little smile.

It doesn't mean tacit approval of grayson.

Your still digging aren't you?..

I've said, and I said at the start of this season, after we finished a very respectable 7th in the Championship, because of loons like yourself, that he'll have this season to get it right, and I said that because I think you'll have a few more in your camp keeping you warm at nights if he doesn't do it!..

I'll have nothing against him still being with us next season if we go up, lose in the play off's, or come 8th in the Championship, as long as we fight our corner and let others know who we are!..

"Again somebody appears to be wishing death on me for wanting Leeds to be more successful."

What me!!!...nnooooooo, I'd just like to follow the team the best I can and let fans from other teams follow their teams the best they can!.

Well it is now the morning after the greatest win of the weekend! And guess what, I take back what I said yesterday, yes that's right! I said that the drearies would be on our boards last night, but they weren't!!

And weren't our boards better for it?

Oh I know we had some of the deluded souls like Grayson Out but wasn't the quality of thread better in the main?

all round I say.

Keep it up!
