Chronic

I dont get to many games if any these days, but im surprised there are not more songs, we have two separate names which can fit into many songs.."Spurs" and "Tottenham", 2 words with a different amount of syllables in them...there should be more songs

We have so many songs mate. So many but we only bother with five. Come on you spurs. We are tottenham. Oh when the spurs. Tottenham tottenham tottenham and maybe oh Ledley Ledley or super Scott. Occasionally you hear jermain Defoe he's a yido. But not often

To be fair, Arsenal have 3 songs also. You forgot "BOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

I wish the Addams Family VDV song would've caught on, I love that one.

I do hear the occasional Y(i)d Army from time to time

And also the jumping up and down shouting "Y(i)ddo" after we score away from home

we do that at home too son but thats not really a song i dont think. its just an extention to the celebration lol.

a song needs to have more than one word in it. lol

Chronic is right. I love the super slow renditions of OWTS but for originality we are poor. The northern clubs seem to be much better. We don't want to go down the same road as arsenal.
I do like the Luka song but again for the same reason it doesn't get much airing.
There did seem to be (a) more songs and (b) a decent song about every player when I was younger.
Now just as our football is right up there the dings are getting stale!

Chronic - To be fair, asking a bunch of men to sing a song at a football ground is never going to be easy is it

Vicious how does the Adams Family song go?

Why do we insist on singing OTWS at least 500 times a game?

Ohhhhhhhhh The When Spurrrrrrsssssssssss

posted on 10/11/11

Maybe we need to find a song out there that is not being used, that we don't adapt with stupid words and just use the original.

Something that is easy for fans to sing, motivates the team and is anthem like.

The problem is is finding something that will work and catch on.

Doovde

If i hear that at a game i will be forever grateful to you

What i dont understand is, in football abroad the home crowd constantly "Boo's" and whistles when the opposition has the ball...thats never caught on in the PL, now that would really add to the atmosphere

wait till those s chelsea come to town this season.

chelsea home - biggest game of the season this year.

Yeah I noticed that, especially in our European games. Constant boo's and whistles when our boys had possession. That would really unsettle a lot of teams in the PL, especially at our place

Vicious

Sounds pretty decent that, but you need everyone to know the words

posted on 10/11/11

I dont think the booing would ever catch on though, we seem to have a lot of family's and children in the crowds in the PL, whereas abroad it seems to be mainly men..drunk men
