It was against chile

Park has scored 7 in his last 3 international games

Park > suarez

Suarez was player of the tournament in the Copa America. He out performed Cavani yesterday and Aguero throughout the Copa America. You would get more credibility by not comparing Park to Suarez

Yes, Suarez is a very good striker.
This should make you worried though, as its obvious his talent far outshines the potential of his club and he will leave, for better prospects at better clubs, just like you recent best players -
Torres
Alonso
Arbeloa
Mascherano

You don't like it, but doesn't make it wrong though

Park wasn't in copa America so we have to compare in friendlies. Park > Suarez

Stats say it all my friend.

I just love reading these comments on luis from opposition fans.

The more they comment the more it shows what a class player we have at Liverpool.

Keep the jealous remarks coming lads, we love 'em..............

Reverend

I'm just wondering stat wise how many goals Park has scored for Arsenal? Come to that how many times has he started?

Just for the record the stats

Park 71 career goals
Suarez 135 career goals

It's a close run thing eh?

Park scoring against the likes of Emirates, Vietnam and Taiwan. They are somehow ranked 100+ while Chile are ranked 16th.

posted on 12/11/11

Park has scored 1 goal in 137 minutes of play.

This season Suarez has scored 1 in 155 minutes of play. Even less in his whole liverpool career.

Stats say it all.

Beating Blackpool > Scoring 4 vs Chile

Suarez even hit the woodwork in the first half from a free kick. Well, we have to mention Chile coach suspended five players after being involved in a late party and drinking. Also, Barca player Sanchez was on the bench as he is still not match fit. But Chile still had a very good team and it is not easy to score four goals in this South American WC qualification. The last time someone scored four goals in the competition was Romario for Brazil in 2000. This is a guy who scored more than 1000 goals.

Suarez is quality but I wouldn't call him world class. Perhaps hats just the way I interpret the saying. I feel is banded about too much.

For me, world class are players on the top tier of their positions. So players like Messi, Ronaldo, Higuain, Villa, Drogba-pre malaria, Xavi, Iniesta, Alonso, Riena, Vidic for example.

In terms of strikers Suarez is not on the top tier - he has potential to be, but people are Liverpool fans are jumping the gun about. He hasn't showed any world class form consistently in the Prem yet, and I still feel he needs to score more.

And before I'm accused of saying he's bad, I'm not, he's class - just not world class (in my interpretation of it).

Torres
Alonso
Arbeloa
Mascherano
------------

Of which you thought Torres was the only class player we had at the time. People have only said Alonso, Mascherano and Arbeloa were class after they left Liverpool, such hypocrites.

Spot on, watch Luis become world class if he moves away from Liverpool!

I rated Alonso as a class player at Liverpool. I said my Liverpool supporting friend that you'd struggle without him - he claimed you'd win the league having just finished second, and that Gerrard could perform Alonso's role just as effective. Problem is, Alonso is a better footballer and far bettercdeep playmaker, as well as the fact he made Gerrard play better by giving him freedom to support Torres.

That's because liverpool were thwarting their talent!

How can Suarez become world class playing alongside Lucas, Glen Johnson, Henderson and Downing!
