the taxman would love to settle out of court. As he knows if we go into admin it waters down the amount they would get. Secondly big businesses often settle litigation out of court. It makes financial sense on many fronts eg risk of losing case plus court costs, damage to brand name etc

Frankly I'd bite your hand off for that. I seriously doubt this rumour is true though (like everyone else on here!) I don't actually know.

Heard this one yesterday...Rangers had settled out of court with the taxman...8.3 million....no idea on the strenght of the rumour but would that suit us...would we take it...or do we fight it..I have no idea if we can win it but listening to the facts we are being pursued for money from a loophole..who knows.

Harry...you should be embarrassed counting the europa lge...but im glad you are because thats why we are 12 points clear..if offered this at the start of the season i would have accepted it..lets count the trophies att he end of the season..and the managers.
