Fuzzy, genuinely, i saw what could have been his brother.
Rollersaking in Amsterdam with only his rollerboots and a thong on, but carrying a briefcase, at 8.30am on a weekday morning.
Obviously on his way to work.
The thing is, it was February and minus 12 degrees C.
Not really that unusual though, for Amsterdam that is.

Well the guy in Frankfurt didn't bother with the thong and I think it was late October. The temperatures weren't flattering him if you know what I mean.
