Couldn't tune in live - will the podcast be on the BBC leicester site?
They will most likely play it before the Palace game on Sunday.
I listened to it and quite enjoyed it. Same old Nigel in many ways, going out of his way to avoid giving a soundbite.
Two classic moments though:
"Hello Nigel; Ian Stringer, Radio Leicester."
"Hello Ian."
*Awkward pause*
"Aiyawatt, will Nigel have money to spend?"
*Chuckles around the room*
What would of been even more akward / funny if it went
"Hello Nigel; Ian Stringer, Radio Leicester."
"Hello Ian."
*Awkward pause* replaced by "I know who you are and you're still barred from the training ground. Next"
Just got in from work - what time was the press conference and do you reckon it'll be on iPlayer yet?
Ha ha, Stringer's obviously going down the 'Deny everything Baldrick' route!
Did Stringer ask any awkward questions about Sven being sacked, like he did during the press conference when Sven was appointed, asking Mandric akward questions about Pearson leaving?
Milan was another person who was not impressed with our Strings during that press conference, if I remember correctly.

Fox_14 - Not really. The most awkward one was asked of Susan Whelan. I'm not quite sure who asked it, probably one of the nationals, but the question was something like: "Will Mr. Pearson get longer than Sven did, given that you're not in that bad a position in the league and Sven is great and you're all evil?" (Well, I might be paraphrasing a little but I'm sure it went something like that.)
Cheers Dunge, I'll have a listen to the whole thing a bit later.
I must say, I am looking forward to the first RL interview with Nige on Sunday. I just hope we get three points and he's in a decent mood...!
Stringer has a one-on-one interview with him from 6 on Radio Leicester. Should be interesting!
Dungeon - have I miss interpreted this ?

"Will Mr. Pearson get longer than Sven did ?"
Guess I need to get out more.....
"Dungeon - have I misinterpreted this?" etc
________
Schoolboy giggle, can't help it.
So, Nigel and Stringer off to a good start in the one to one interview. Nigel was embarrassingly un-dour, trying to put on a more sociable front, but Nigel stop it please and get back to how you were before, I prefer the gruff hostile old self!
Have you seen the video on the Skysports website of the conference?
The "Hello Nigel, Ian Stringer, BBC Radio Leicester" part is in it, and what a smile Nigel's got on his face. Definately worth a look.
Thank you Keep The Faith for that link yesterday, always appreciated for us non-locals. Am more than happy, we have Nigel, Craig and Steve back in the fold. Those 2 years they spent in charge were the best for a long time and have faith, with some patience, they will come good again.
