Womens Beach Volleyball in the West Indies would be a superb spectacle, and holiday, but the Superbowl is a sporting event that I really hope to attend one day.

The Superbowl isn't just a game is it , they have parties in the car park and it's almost like a national holiday , so yes I'm with you on that one

4 hours
4 days
90-120 minutes
4-5 days
10 seconds

Value says the Masters or Ashes
Also says the Superbowl should be better than the World Cup final but I disagree
Drop a coffee in your lap or have a coughing fit and you could miss the 100 metres!

All in all I'd go for the World Cup final

I'd have to say World Cup Final, the super bowl i'd just be talking to the guy next to me asking him about the rules

Kent , the basic rules are very simple but the intricacy's are very fiddly ...

It can be a great sport to watch once you have an idea as to what's going on

squid Founder, thats crucial, you must know WTF is going on or you'll quickly lose interest with US football. I've been watching it for years and I love the detail involved, such a tactical yet physical sport.

I was watching the game at Wembley on TV with my dad and he was explaining the rules to me. I think i'd be ok after i'd seen a few games, but there are too many stoppages for my liking

What the hell do the crowd do during all the advert breaks? Mass toilet visits?

posted on 17/11/11

World Cup final obviously.

While I would like to attend a Superbowl and the 100m Olympics final, when it comes down to it the World Cup final is the one I have most interest in.

posted on 17/11/11

General , another Idea would be to pick a team to follow just to have somebody to cheer on

Kent agree about the stoppages but believe it or not it's not half as bad as it used to be

=====================

Yep, all high fiving one another all the way to the $hitter

Best way to handle the stoppages is to use Sky+ and ignore all the adverts.

Agree with squid Founder, pick a team, follow them and over time you may just fallin love with the sport. The strategy behind the sport is massive, so technical from a coaching perspective and great to watch as a fan once you start to appreciate whats happening.

Mate I suppose this is a football forum so you would expect most to go for the W.C Final

As I said as it's in Brazil rather than say Outer Mongolia it's a bit of a shoe in

Hmmmmm that's a thought .....

W.C Final in Outer Mongolia

or

Superbowl in Miami

NBA finals as its best of 7 games and they are in some incredible locations.

Also Superbowl does deserve a shout. The half time show is ALWAYS out of this world.

Did you see the Simpson's episode when Homer designed the Superbowl half time show ??????

This may sound weird but although I dont like American Wrestling I would imagine that one of their BIG events would be fun
