Like it or not although Wales, like Scotland are part of the UK, they both have their roots among the Celtic People as do the Irish,which is different from the English.

actually the majority of the modern welsh are descended from the english that ran away when the romans invaded england. up until that time the majority of wales was uninhabited.

also, if you weren't using veiled threat, why would you hope that someone would breakdown on a specific stretch of road? is that stretch particularly pretty? some particularly friendly sheep?
