Alreet and
There may not be enough 50p's in the World!
Safe travels and steady with the wodka!
Children in need is a terrible show idea. Yes, let's ask people to give just a pound so their consciences are clear for a year whilst not enough of the money we make ends up getting to the people who need it!
Did you see my Children in Need post earlier.
I can pop it on briefly if you delete...
RJL it does make you realise how selfish we all become as elders. I'm in work Monday morning asking for half a day off each week to go and do something good...
I've donated at least £200 to charities in the last 2/3 years - I don't need some cheesy patronising show full of B list national stars and the odd A list appearance to entice me to pledge money to a corporation like the Beeb.
Hell I will call it 150 quid and use it as travel expenses or think fifty fifty money from me and from my boss because im passed off at going away at the last minute.Oh well its like me and Rover its a dogs lifeI hope you all have a nice weekend ,I only drink wine and beer Mr Pie ,strong stuff is not for me due to my age.
Jason son you going tomorrow?
Agreed mate, it's a hateful programme.
I do what I can money wise but used to teach in special schools, do volunteer work etc. with the kids, mortgage, 9-5 etc it's easy to become a bit insular.
Bit of a kick up the ass for me...
Unfortunately, no. I usually can only get down with mon pere and he's holding his own mini protest against Venky's by not going.
Ok these things happen!I hope if I can watch MOTD tomorrow should we win I hope and pray please that Kean does not start spouting about a top 10 place.By the way Wilson street bury is that near you?
That's pretty much the other end of the Bury area from me, don't think I've ever been down there.
Well dont worry I only go every so often!I was just thinking everyone is in bed and the wife said before she went upstairs(well your away tomorrow Rovers will lose anyway your not missing much)typical Manc!Me and rover are having a beer and cheese and crackers and we are having a good time,im teaching him tricks how to dig holes and trying to open the oven door with his teeth!Goodnight and God Bless.
Goodnight Star, think you need to draw Liverpool all over your wife in permanent marker. That'll show her.
Starry, this thread made me happy.
Since this is on the Burnley board I feel I must comment. that's all
Well I am back and its warmer here than where I was!I have checked that my Manc Missus paid the cash for the kids and its done and dusted!I dont trust Mancs as far as I can throw them and with the wife putting weight on over the years(I hope she never logs into this site or I am a dead man walking)I cant throw her very far.I watched MOTD in Warsaw and it was a damn strange game how we got away with that was murder,if I was a Wigan fan I would feel hard done by,I was glad we nicked the point.
Paid the cash for the kids?
Are you Madonna?
No my wife thinks she is but she,s twenty years and kilos to late!No she promised me she would send the cash via internet and she did that,Youve got to be very careful with the synthetic(plastic) mob with promises!
