A big IF there!

That's how it was reported that the banner was only taken out when we were losing.

I didn't go so can't comment, but i'd bet that it wasn't as simple as "oh we are losing, get the banner out" or "drawing again, put it away."

And with regards to winning 4 out of the next 6 games, I don't think it will get the fans back on side. We are already playing catch up.

Can you honestly see us winning 4 of the next 6? I'll give you good odds if you want to place a bet...

We have barely won that amount of games in Keans 20 odd games as manager, so 4 wins out of our next 6 is not going to happen!

Take the banner out oh actually put it away again we are back at 2-2 with 10 men and a 17 year old right back. 3-2 oh right take the banner out again Kean Out! 3-3 oh put it away we pulled off dramatic comeback! It is pathetic! The players did amazing to come back into that game and showed 100% commitment to their manager. Its about time all the fans did the same we will see what happens in the next 6 games I bet if we win 4 out of 6 there wont be so many whingers on here!

WELL SAID. in terms of size of club, fan base etc we are no different from at best wigan and at worst burnley, preston and blackpool. yet if we arent sat happily in mid table the fans continue to whine. sick of it

Roverslad

It was like that. exactly like that. and the banner that i saw near me was pathetic. some white piece of table cloth which was probably on visible to the 10 people sat around it. pathetic.

We had a stable club 12 months ago ok not much money but the owners, Mr Williams, big Sam etc new how to run a football club. Now we are a shambles and i think some fans are as delusional as our owners and manager if they think anything will change with these clowns. Fans pay their money and are entitled to voice their opinion whatever that may be. These player are playing for the £'s and careers not Kean. Pathetic.

Does it really matter if they are playing for Kean 100%?

Fact is results are not coming and that boils down to team selection and tactics. Who is in charge of this aspect- Mr Kean.

Maybe the players are not good enough - again Kean (some slightly dubious signings) and Venky's (lack of REAL investment).

Anyone who can still say they are happier with things as they are now than when Big Sam in charge and Mr williams at the helm needs their head seeing to- or maybe I am not seeing the big picture?

walkdenrover i agree 100%. I also must be missing something because some people seem oblivious to the fact we are heading for relegation.
This past week Samba has been linked with Liverpool and we have been linked with Andy Johnson and some obscure American full back. Wow what fantstic investment to get us out of trouble! Imagine the talent we will be able to attract in the fizzy pop league next season. Exciting times to be a Rovers fan.
Oh and Ferguson has said he practically stole P Jones off us on the cheap. Clueless utterly clueless.

Even if we are given significant transfer funds in January, would Rovers look like an attractive proposition to potential targets?

Then again, we could find another Jon Stead...

Yes we will be attractive if the targets are playing in league 2.

Good comment walkden. Someone else posted earlier the same stuff I've been saying. Kean sets his team up weirdly with Rochina and Hoillet on wings - neither of whom is defensive enough to play wings in your Wilcox/Ripley style. We then have Dunn and the Yak up front who are not Ian Rush enough to offer any defensive protection. And we wonder why we ship goals - three more today to a poor side who (from all accounts) should have scored a hat full.

Tactics and plans are what this manager can't do - we need that aspect to change. Funny when we had a real manager largely this same squad could achieve mid-table mediocrity.

Even after our 'good form' (those 3 games prior to Wigan) we have got two points from 4 games. Chelsea lost again after returning to winning ways against us.

Please stop swearing Wow.

I thought Wigan was one of the six games, have we started a new six games?

People still trying to defend a manager who has won 1 game out of 12 this season is what is really pathetic. And if they'd kept the Kean Out banner up right after we'd scored you'd be slating them for letting their hatred of Kean override their support of the team. We keep hearing from the Kean apologists that its acceptable to criticise him as long as we also get behind the team, thats exactly what me and the vast majority of the rest of the protestors are doing. So I've no idea why we still hear this moaning from the other faction after every game.

I think its time for kean to go now, have tried to give him a chance but anyone with eyes could see david dunn was well under fit and his just not up to it at the moment.
