Maybe having only 2 attacking players on the pitch has something to do with it.(Heskey does not even count as a player) As for Hutton he struggles in defence,he wouldnt make it into a league 2 side on the wing! You never played the ball in your own half, never looked bothered to attempt to press to get back in the game - that was a stroll in the park for us, which surprises me as I was expecting a tough game but you just let us have the ball and we didn't need to get out of 3rd gear to win.

chairman lost all ambition,good players were fed up of not getting anywhere so moved on.and having this ex blouse boss who is obviously blind has not helped.

We sold players, you didn't. But that's only part of it. What happened tonight was down to the manager, pure and simple. I think we'd settle for a couple of seasons rebuilding, with the right manager in charge; not too difficult, we've still got good players now. What happened tonight was pathetic, like the manager.
