Petey

Yeah it is a game which is apparently better on the PC (Graphics and everything)

Might treat myself i think, what a waste of time MW3 is, same game every year, just new and rubbish maps!

Also, the modding community for these games is extensive. If you're PC is good enough to run it you'll find hundreds of mods that can expand and enhance your gameplay.

Skyrim? i'll be honest with you. I've never heard of this game until a few weeks before it was coming out.

Anyway Zelda > Skyrim.

Mozee - Same here, only seen the adverts in the last few weeks

Depends what you like mate - Skyrim i would say is a far more serious game than Zelda. More RPGy were as Zelda is more adventure. If you played either Oblivion/Fallout 3 and liked then Skyrim is for you

I have been watching the Skyrim walkthroughs on youtube and I have to say, it looks like a treat. I wouldn't spend my money on it as I am more of a sports/racing/GTA-style games but it wouldn't mind sitting and watching someone play it.

Simon West - Thanks for that fella, yeah i have played a few Fallout games, i quite enjoy them actually, a bit too slow at times, but i want to get into a game and try something different, at the moment im only into FPS and FIFA

Denis - Ive been doing that too, i often check the games out on Youtube before i splash out £40 ....I think i will get it, looks pretty interesting

Thanks people!

Not me, If I start watching a walkthrough I just can't stop, plus it feels I am playing the games so the games I watch I usually don't buy, because I would know what to expect in the game i bought.

How would Skyrim compare to a (good) Final Fantasy game. Obviously not the last one, as that was pants, but previous versions?

I have it in my head that it's a similar gig, but is it?

Denis - Oh I see what you mean! I often find myself on YouTube checking out games I might want to buy just to get a feel for the game. Your right though, it does ruin the surprise when you get a game but I only watch a few clips

Still can't believe how pricy these games are

Ivan - I'm new to these Adventure games so Im not sure

Final Fantasy XII was epic.

My one criticism of Skyrim though is that when you strike your opponents, they don't flinch and there is no blood when you strike your enemies, it strikes me like you are merely chopping wood or something.

Not usually into "Adventure" games, but i might give it a go considering im selling MW3 already, what a let down of a game!
