Impossible. I'm not good enough to make millions of pounds out of football and blow it all (no pun intended) on coke and drink. Most I spend on an evening out is 60 quid. Then that's me done for the week.

I hate it when people have to make out they've won a debate, because they can't think of anything else to say. It's as if they're pretending they don't know how silly they look, claiming a victory that was never their to be had, but they know deep inside they're wrong.

LIW, we all (most) like our drinks, whenever I drink it's with the intention to get absolutely out of my face..but even when I've been on long binges, drank 3/4 days in a row..it's been all to easy not to touch it again for even months on end. No-one to blame but himself.

I happen to think if Gascoigne been managed better and taken away from outside influences he might have been a class player, sadly he never really achieved what he should have done and his enjoyment of the demon drink ruined him.
