Its like groudhog day!!! Before Utd, CFC, Arsenal all i heard is, you wont win,, you are poor...forgive me if i am optimistic, i think i have a reason to be.
You are correct, poorer sides have come away with a point (not points!!). This is mainly to do with profligation rather than poor play, although Swansea did play well...but we still had numerous chances.
City will attack, i hope...and we are more than good enough to counter and score.
Can't fault your enthusiasm GB.....but i think this will be a much different game than your last one.
Your style of play seems better suited to away games.
On Sunday you will have to bring the game to us.......
.....i've got it in me 8 score draws.....am thinkin 3-3

two of the best defences in the league, 3-3??mmmm...i do have a hunch that kenny will pull a suprise, maybe Gerrard on the bench!!! Or Bellamy, Carrolll and Suarez!
Off the top of my head, I would only have Reina from your team, and even then its a toughie.
Suarez is like a Rangers fan, all he can do is dribble
Liverpool win 3-2.
Adam has Silva in his pocket..
Downing has a blinder.
Carrol scores the winner!
Right I'm now p i s s e d and I'm off to bed.
Good Night.
Bellamy, Suarez and Kuyt offer a lot more imo
-----------------------------------------------------------
In your opinion, maybe, but factually Bellamy offers a lot less... games per season than your average footballer.

Well thats your opinion, my opinion is Liverpool have a better back five and better strikers....in fact, Silva, Aguero, A Johnson, and YaYa are the only players that i would have in the Liverpool SQUAD.
We will see on Sunday, wont we?? I cant wait to see richards bomb on and leave adam to ping a 40 yard cross to suarez feet and run on goal..cant wait for that
Ballotelli is a clown, looks a decent player but far more "famous" for his off field shenanigans, whoever said he was better than Aguero must be on the same stuff Ballottelli is
agree super.....its a classic case of hyping a player because the team is playing well; dzeko aint much better either!!
You got a different rating system over in la la land of just what constitutes a 'good striker'?
Namely, only putting away 16 goals in your opening 12 games as opposed to 42!
never thought I would say this, but...come on Liverpool!
Hate to say it but Dzeko looks like big Andy - but with goals (which isn't saying much thus far) here's to Carroll kicking on starting with City on Sunday
I'd be suprised if Dzeko starts on Sunday anyway, reckon we'll probably go for something like:
Hart,
Richards, Kompany, Lescott, Clichy,
De Jong, Barry
Milner/Balotelli, Yaya, Silva
Aguero
We will be in their faces from the first whistle tomorrow and last year at Anfield proved they dont like it up em!
They have improved as 42 goals suggests but contrary to other teams fans on here beliefs, so have we, and the atmosphere will definitely play a part and energise the reds even more.

Well done, you beat us in a game when we had one eye on the semi final. It shows how far Liverpool have fallen over recent years that their cup finals are now playing both the Manchester Clubs. Liverpool have a poor side, and Dalgleish has wasted a lot of money on average players, barring Enrique and Suarez, and Bellamy is worth a free. If City are at their best then I cant see Liverpool even getting near them. I fancy Silva's chances against Adam or Lucas or both at the same time for that matter.
Liverpool one of the best defences in the league?
Now I've heard it all
Without a doubt, it's certainly more effective than CH3L5EA's broken colander of a back four.
Not against Stoke it isn't

To be fair they have the joint best defence in the league along with City and Newcastle. The problem they have is that they are not scoring enough goals. I cant see them keeping City out for the whole game, so then it comes down to whether I think Liverpool can score 2 or more goals, and considering they have only got 16 goals in 12 games, which is equal to how many Blackburn have scored, them I am confident that we can go there and get a win.
Man City Shaun
They have conceded goals at home in every match they've played bar one (a match which they didn't win anyway).
If Got_Better were to say away from home they have one of the best defences in the league I couldn't argue with that, but bearing in mind they have only played relegation battlers at home with the exception of Man Utd and only kept one clean sheet why is GB so confident in their defence?

Why i am confident about our defence at home?? Try this, not conceeded more than 1 goal at home this season in any match, unbeaten at home this season.
Only City and Arsenal of the top teams can beat Liverpools home defence....but hey, dont let a good story get in the way of facts..eh bubba
I can't wait, remember Newcastle and Villa came to us unbeaten, Liverpool are not unbeaten and Lescott was not on this form last year so steadier at the back. Not saying it will be easy but i feel we have too much for Liverpool, they are on the right track but not there yet
