Song is the best midfielder in the world.

Missing modric badly - this game shows why he is our most important player. A number of times our players have had no options to pass to, with modric there is always an option.

Parker doesnt look half the player without modric by his side, imo modric is the "king" of our midfield. The calming influence that makes everyone play better!

Basically the yare working a lot harder than us and we cant geta grip on the midfield. Sandro is trying but he will get ared card if he does not show more discipline.

Lennon and Bale need to do a bit more graft today and we look casual across the board.

I agree with Galvin I would also sub Sandro at HT and replace him with Livermore (assuming he is on the bench of course). West Brom have a game plan and its working for them.

Tuck Bale and Lennon in a little bit when they have the ball and we should be ok.

I'd rather see Livermore on for Sandro.

BAE and walker are pushing up a bit too much which is leaving space behind them which West brom are exploiting. When we are at home with modric and controlling the game this is fine because we have the ball and are dictating play. However we are not doing this today and they need to be a bit more disciplined in how often they go forward!

I agree Sandro is overrated, but no more overrated than song is by gooners. Think the only decision at half time is who he comes off for. I'd go pineaar as I don't think Livermore is good enough to compete with West Brom's pressing. I think if he stays on Sandro will see red.
