Talent wise he is ready for the premier league, his inexperience will show in each game though.
HMNIV, agree completely His lack of tracking back and at times poor positioning nearly cost us goals against olympiacos in the CL.
But having said that, is arshavin really anymore disciplined? Chambo should nearly be ahead of arshavin in the pecking order imo.
reminds me of tevez a bit
His shot with his left foot was fantastic!!!
Yea his shooting is fantastic. D jeezus I think posted a video earlier showing clips of him shooting in training. It was actually unbelievable. Every time he hits the ball so sweetly. Naturally talented.
He's gonna terrorise defenders for years to come. Just hope he does it for us and no one else
Yes chamberlain should definitely be ahead of arshavin, chamberlain is more hungry and wants to establish himself. Arshavin just looks lost to me.

Yeah, I think that's why Wenger didnt include him in match day squads.
But against City he tracked back and his positioning was fantastic.
Wenger said after the game, he needed more time in the training ground. But after this game he'll be included more often.
Yes against City there was a vast improvement. Clearly something the coaching staff have worked on with him...
he's a very special player and imagine the stick fans would be giving wenger if another of the top teams had signed him and he'd produced some of the performances he has done so far.
saying that, wenger's probably the only manager who'd have given him this many opportunities to shine.
Have to say he looks very good, you have a very good talent there. Shame we didn't go for him (we were actually the first to be linked with him). He has such a good all round game, and one other thing I like is the factt he always looks to make himself available
The Blue Kenyan....whats up with Mceachren? Whilst most fans laughed off comparisons of him with Wilshere, I was one of the few gooners who thought he was a really really good player. Watched him in the CC against newcaslte last season and he looked dam good.
Even Wilshere tweeted 'why have chelsea signed mata when they have the best young midfielder in english football- Mceachren'
why would wilshere say that when he knows he himself is the best young midfielder in english football?!
gunnersfiringblanks...I think he might have said 'one of the....' but it was definitely along those lines...
NMcEachran is still a fantastic talent but has some catching up physically to do and has been played out of position alot this season
not seen much of mceachren. who could you compare him to?
I know you'll laugh but I am just comparing in playing style, I would say he's most like Iniesta. Quick feet, great vision and always looks to pass and move, and also probably plays best in a slightly deeper version and gets less effective when they're played jist behind the striker/on the wing.
Blue Kenyan, I can see the iniesta comparison..... Might seem crazy but when you watch Mceachren play football, you see he has a similar style. Hope he makes it because I'd hate to see Cleverly become england's shining hope in midfield
i was going to ask if he was similar to iniesta but refrained in fear of being laughed at! it's a shame chelsea waste and ruin so many careers! he would be a lot better suited to playing for arsenal
dave, it's because he got called into the england squad after playing two games for united
