i go into the new season with optimism. what you describe could happen, but in the same respect we could win the first five. there are lots of "could" scenarios. depends how you want to look at it.
if the wheels start to come off early doors, i'll start worrying about it then.

fair point ww. i'd like to see something happening sooner rather than later in regards to transfers. like some others have touched on before, i hope we don't wait too long to make our move in the market, as by then it might be too late, and we get left with the dregs. here's hoping!

That is the most stupid thing i have ever read. Do you go to games? Any one with 2 eyes could see we was shocking bad at the back we let in about 41 goals in 24 games and you thought they had the required quality!!! Let me tell you what happend in January. He went for alan smith and michael johnson on loan and thought he would 100% get them both. But man city and newcastle where hmmm and rrring about leting them go and in the end they turned us down and he had no back up plan and it cost us going up.
And you think we will go up with just a decent manager
