The reason we have dominated English football for the last 2 decades is because WE HAVE BEEN BY FAR THE BEST TEAM over that period, just as you were for 15+ years before that.

So grow up, grow a pair, accept the "fahkts", and accept that Dalglish was out of management for over a decade for good reason i.e. he wasn't all that good then and isn't now!!

so how did carroll do?

I'd really love some 'fans' to try to referee a junior football match let alone a PL match
It's not easy, mistakes will always happen
Some Decisions go for you, some against
Get over it!!!

My take was it was a blatant sending off, Adam was a very good decision and a free kick, Suarez was debatable with the offside
Bit again one that most clubs accept happen and don't have a hissy fit claiming the ref supports the other side

Refs are biased though. To deny that would be incorrect. And i think most people would accept this..

I would say Justice has been done, but Fulham got the 3 points rather than Everton.

The refereeing performance was no worse (probably better) than the refs performance in the Merseyside Derby, personally I thought it was about time your luck run out with referees...
---
That is the strangest excuse I have seen here. Justice for another game against another team? The sending off of Rodwell was harsh. No doubt about that. But we then could look into other bad decisions going against Liverpool this season. Adam and Skrtel red cards at Spurs, Richardson not being sent off for Sunderland, denied penalties against Bolton, Swansea, Norwich, Chelsea, and so on. We are not only talking about the red card to Spearing, Adam was tripped inside, Suarez was onside, and Bellamy booking was just a disgrace form the poor ref.

Because logic dictates that for that one dodgy sending off, of Rodwell, we have to have 4 decisions go against us. On top of what you mentioned Suarez should of had a nailed on pen after Hangeland barged him off the ball in the box. That's things 'evening themselves out' to some on here.

if we are going to accept your logic then fair enough. Against Everton it was only the harsh sending off, but last night the ref was so biased. It was every 50-50 decision going against Liverpool. It was Adam who was stripped for the penalty and not Suarez who scored a goal but wrongly denied for offside. Bellamy was booked for standing while being hit butting by Dempsey. As I mentioned, if you want to go back I have already mentioned many other decisions going against Liverpool this season.

touched a nerve there did I? i didnt expect such a mere sentence to provoke someone into lecturing me about man uniteds life story.

Infact... where have i even mentioned man united in this article? Just go back to your own board this article has nothing to do with united

Is this a joke?

It wasn't a penalty, and have a look at this pic and tell me it wasn't a sending off, whether he got the ball or not.

Two feet off the ground and into Dembele's leg.

anyone can take a pic of a foul. i could easily get a pic of a clean tackle that looks even worse, spearing won the ball. red was too harsh

ghost, my point was that if you were flying high atop English football then you wouldn't care so much about the odd "maybe questionable" decision" by a ref, you'd be too busy winning trophies.

But now that you're basically also-rans for the Europa Cup spot, that you didn't even qualify for last season and aren't in position to even now, every point is precious, as you desperately try and cling to glories past.

The goal was disallowed because the linesman flagged offside, again correctly.
---------------
well you must be blind then. football fans are truely a fickle bunch. had that happend to your team & my moneys on you saying the total opposite.

Funny how the immediate response of yours to someone who has a different viewpoint is to insult them..............................I have played at a very good level & was also a Class 1 referee in the Conference, my eyesight is still perfect and I reiterate the first point of contact on Adam occured OUTSIDE the area, the Suarez offside was tight but I think the linesman called it correctly.

As for the Bellamy booking, the guy had been shouting and swearing at the referee a number of times during the game & I think you have to look at who approached who in the initial confrontation!

All teams get decisions that go against them, classics for Spurs have been the "goal" at Old Trafford that was 3 feet over the line and not given, the incident last year against Chelsea when a goal was given against us that replays showed had not crossed the line.

I initially thought that the Cahill sending off at WHL was harsh, however after watching several replays it is obvious that a CLEAR goal scoring opportunity would have been on for Spurs, because although Parker might not have scored himself, it was two versus one with Defoe unmarked and free.

However I don't whinge and whine and blame the referee, no they are not perfect, but then neither are we!

I would look at the failure of the players, and the fact they did not put the ball in the back of the net despite dominating possession.

That was Spurs big failure last season................................

You mean like at the hawthorns where you got a 'debatable' penalty?
It happens all the time, most fans accept decisions go for and against you, that's football fgs

Baggiesfan.........................................You are right and I thought at the time you were unlucky with the decision.
