I know Stevenson is no Naismith, but he could fill that space and wages wouldnt be a problem.
Always been impressed with him at Hearts, might not get the goals that Naismith got, but will do all the other hussle and bustle
Would defo rather have Stevenson over Healy any day of the week plus your spot on proven descent SPL forward that can score a goal or two against Celtic
Get him signed
Not being cheeky or anything but realistically what decent player would want to commit to a contract with Rangers just now with all this tax shambles hanging over the club.
This is the SPL any Player outwith the OF live their lifes hand to mouth!
"There is a £7m black hole in the accounts and cuts will have to be made"
Craig Whyte
My bad, it's actually a £10m black hole

Daily Record, of course, absolute upstarts of Journalism!
Whyte is on record as saying he would invest £25m for players over 5 years and was willing to frontload in the first year. The recently published accounts show that he hasn't put in any cash that wouldn't have been there anyway.
He insinuates it's because he budgeted for Europe but what's that got to do with it? He promised money and it hasn't been forthcoming.
The old board raised concerns about whether Whyte had the cash to back up his promises. Who would argue with them now.
And we've only gone and added another player to the wage bill!
Don't see the point in selling Edu, he's a first team player. Would much rather McCulloch was off the wage bill than Edu. And with what Whittaker is on wouldn't be against finding him a new club.
untill your tax case is resolved i would doubt rangers will be buying brother.maybe swaps plus player cash in your direction.
i never understand these type of posts from the berz...
have you forgotten the singing shambles of the summer already?
have you forgotten you have a tax case ongoing which will put a hold on any signings
have you forgotten that sluko has put more money into the gers than craig whyte?
why then do you waste your time with these "who will we sign" threads?
bosmans all the way, and you need to convince them its the right place to be....theyll need some convincing!!

Blah blah in my thread I said hello peepel?
Then I have loads of Celtic minded points scoring tubes on spouting the same old pi sh!!
Away you go, get back on your own side of the fence!!!
They cant help themselves.
They get all in a frenzy when theres any suggestion of Gers spending money and they can go for the cheap shots about the tax case.
And yet whenever a Rangers fan infiltrates a thread on the 'celtic board' they are the first to complain about it.
Weird.
If Rangers sign either James Morrison, Jordan Rhodes or Graham Dorrans i will slice off my left nut and roll it down Buchannan Street
How about rolling it up Buchannan?
Ok nnh that comment has been bookmarked for future reference
Jesus Establishment, you would need to have that Fatima throw it up that length
If you make it up to Urban Outfitters i'll let you carry it the rest of the way to the summit
I'm sure West Brom would want Jelavic AND cash for Morrisson. The guys a first team star and probably a 10m player in Premiership crazy money. Would love to see it as he is a class act and one of my favourite Scotish players its not realistic.
Any deal involving Dorrans would be a loan I'm sure - again I think he could go to a Championship club for 4 or 5 mil and 30k a week.
We have as much chance of signing Rhodes as Celtic do: none.
It's time both sets of fans realise that this transfer window will be same as last - one or two players will go and in return we will sign a mixture of the following player: A) has been ageing star on a 6 month loan deal, B) journeyman player who neither of us have heard off. C) hot prospect from a bigger club on a 6 month loan.
EBear have faith my good man
