I'd be looking to improve in other areas follow, not sure off the top of my head to be honest atm...
Don't see a gain myself, probably about a month away until a deal could be done

Amorebieta + Antonini = Howedes + Ansaldi (starting AC Milan LB)
Or
Amorebieta + Matri = Howedes + Defoe (starting Juve striker, got bout 10 goals already this season; leading side to top of the league)
