Medium-rare, creamy pepper corn sauce and garlic pan fried mushrooms.
Risotto's the bomb
Tea at me mums next week for me b'day......have asked for Cannelloni (spinach and ricotta but hold the spinach) Chicken in breadcrumbs, steak pizzaiola and apple crumble
Seafood rissotto or none at all.
TJ, that sounds pretty awesome as well. Mushrooms make every meal better.
I think I'm having Carbonara for tea. Have most of the ingredients, can't be arséd doing much else.
Tuna steak, not tinned tuna.
I don't know what she's making tonight
Do you only eat food that comes in steak format?
Not a huge fan of tuna steak, find it a bit tasteless. Only had it a couple of times to be fair.
Tuna steak is great. Whack it on the griddle pan with some chili and sesame oil, maybe a bit of garlic. Laverly.
I tell you what is a beast.
Chicken and bacon mixed in with a cheese and herb sauce and then wrapped in pancakes <boner>
Mushrooms make my gag reflex kick in
Gammon with egg and pineapple with a side of chips, peas, onion rings and of course a pint
or chicken breast stuffed with ricotta abd some peppers wrapped in a bacon...fried slightly to hold it together then whacked in the oven to cook properly with potato gratin...my wifey cooked that for the actual queen of England
sod the pineapple not a fan of onion rings either.
Or 4/5 sausages in half a baguette, fried red onion ketchup and a side of chips
you know how I told you about me buying that Chalet in Wales.....shop on site sells onion marmalaid for me it's more like a chutney but they're adamant it's marmalaid even says so on the label......anywho tastes damn sexy

That sounds like it would go really nicely with a nice glass of white and a Barbara Cartland novel.
Tino, when did your missus cook for the queen?
Goin back 10-15 years now maybe longer....Wifey was a trainee chef at The Molineux.....
Queen went there for some reason not 100% why but basically wifey helped with the starters and mains and did the desserts on her own
Awesome, she must be a decent cook then?
Tippy, if you're anything like me (fingers crossed), you'll enjoy wine as you get older. I'm only just coming round to it now.
I ruined red wine for myself in a "saucepan of death" drinking game
I'd just rather a whisky or guinnesw
Whisky
Wine was nearly ruined for me by drinking it by the box. Turns out there's a huge uplift in quality if you actually spend more than 75p a litre on it
