I don't see the problem of people playing whenever they want..
Not everyone can play every day Ludy, last year we only played weekends, now everyone plays midweeks, so obviously the regular players go to one club (FS) so they play more
A simple idea would be 2 clubs, have a re draw, and have a midweek club like last year for people who want to play midweek

I will captain one team and then I will probably choose someone else to captain the other team (possibly Ludy) and then we pick players. Just like FIFA12. that's the best way.

Division 1 was always the aim before the game came out
Also, you won't get a game these days if you have more than 6 players playing at any one time.
PLus online pros mean people who don't play much won't improve fast making this harder to achieve

Fifa 12 was win 4 games in a row. Get the cup play each others teams. Not like that now
