I love fut, but too poor coin wise to afford any decent gold players.

Spending most my time on h2h, whilst playing the mind-numbingly boring single player mode on fut to get some coins.

It is easier to make coins from playing matches this year tyke tbf. There's rivals, squad battles and fut champs so a little something for everyone. Have you played your rivals placement matches yet?

Yeah I got smashed in all five of them lol. My team is so bad.

I have an 11 - 0 - 1 record on h2h though, so I just need a good team.

How does squad battles work?

Squad battles you play against the computer so probably not your cup of tea You have 4 matches per day and it randomly generates a real fut club for you to play against. The first 2 are generally easy as they have crap chemistry/low rated but the others are 100 chem 84+ rated squads which are a challenge. You can choose the difficulty from beginner to ultimate but I just mostly play on professional as think it's a decent level. The more points you get the better the rewards. Just playing 5 games per week will probably get you at least 20k in rewards.

Have you redeemed the coin boosts from the catalogue? A player I'd recommend you getting is Richarlison. His OTW card is only about 20k and he's started the season really good irl. Just last week he shot up to 40k just from scoring 1 goal. He's defo a safe bet to make some profit imo.

Yeah I always go to them first, is it normal that I have 650k to spend in the catalogue? I've built up quite the stack.

I think I had about 900k tbh I bought all the coin boosts, 99 game contracts, loan players etc and I still have over 700k left.

Problem is I activated the 200 coin boosts first so have to wait till their over before the 1k boosts come into play.

Yeah you have to activate the 1k ones first. Sucks as the 1k boosts help a lot at the start in getting coins to build a decent team.

What do you make of this fifa so far tyke? I know you didn't buy 18 so it must have been a big jump going from 17 to 19.

I like it so far.

I can't do my cut-back to striker technique as much anymore, but attacks do flow a low better with the wingers.

Defending is sound enough too.

I like that they have nerfed pace now. Before it would have been crazy to play someone like Kroos but he is very much useable now. Although think they my have overdone it as it is harder to break free from defenders when through on goal. My 70 pace CB caught up to Aubameyang when he was clean through on goal!
