Never in a million years. He lied to us. To Liverpool.
And the fact he is absolutely cr@p now!

I'd rather we got N'Gog back.
Who would Liverpool fans rather have in their team, Gary Neville or Torres
It would have to be Gary, he's one of ours now.

---------------
Neville - He is a Scouser!
Everyone loves Gary.
Apart from AVB.
Bellamy came back Aurelio came back, Rushy himself came back, even Kenny's back!! Until recently wishi, I would have been 100% with you as always. Now? He doesn't suddenly lose all of that talent, that kick, that spurt. He's been quite dreadful (an actual word used on the Sunday Supplement on Sky by one of the reporters), but look at the challenge. Could Kenny and Steve turn it - the opportunity to restore him to the top, not him himself - down? Everything depends on the internal maschinations when he took his leave. If he's burnt his boats with KD and SC then thats it. If not? Please don't go mental, my vote? I vote 1. JimmyTheRed

An all time classic quote from Gary regarding Luiz and 10 year old boy on the play station. It annoyed AVB which made me laugh!
Don't know why he let it get to him so much
Well AVB is only 15 so maybe it was him on the PS!
Wishi Torres wouldn't wear your knickers he has made his own range and it stipulates in his contract that he can only wear his own range of thong
LOL, Jimmy!
He ain't good enough!
I'd have him back, was angry when he first left but you get over that quick enough, the club was not doing well at the time and it was a big offer and cl football I can understand why he left.
Hindsights great but if he had hit the form he showed for us at Chelsea it could be considered a masterstroke by Chelsea.
Remember the good times and all the quality he showed for us, he was feared he was that good, if anywhere could get him back to his best it's liverpool.
Of course I'd take him back, he did a lot for our club and even in leaving fetched 50m. Not only that but I think he can rediscover his best form and I'd rather it be for us than Chelsea. However there's no chance we'd pay the money it would take to take him back, as there is too much of a risk.
Were he scoring regularly for Chelsea and starting regularly we wouldn't even be having this discussion.
He'll go to Spain, anyway.
