With Management changes comes different faces and meetings that Sven will have to do to get used to a new face.
I mean he had Lee Hoos for the time he was there and now we have some guys in from King Power taking over and when you have a Management change, you want to get to know them and what their priorities are.
Also with the transfer market not opening offically until July 1st and players on Holidays, most players on Svens list may want to look at where their club is at before looking at us or the freebies see what other offers they take and make their final decision and also the season doesnt start until August so thats 6 weeks of chops/changes and new faces until the 1st game.
Excellent article young sir. I'm glad I'm not the only one who see's not signing players FAST is the best option. We don't want to pay over the odds for players who are simply not worth that much because they are taking advantage of our financial situation.
Bring on July, then lets hope for a excellent pre season

Great article Maastricht. Lets not get worried because things don't seem to be going as fast as some of us would like.
I for one would prefer "slowly, slowly catchy primate" (yes it was a banned word) rather than "Marry in haste, repent at leisure"
Just think how many rich old men with money marry a young filly only to keel over from a heart attack.
All I hope for is that we have one double signing where we signal our intent for the title.
A bit like when Sven came in and we signed Davies and Naughton.
That showed we meant business.

I'd be happy with loan players and no permanent signings , If Sven performs a little better than he did over the time he was in charge last season we are in with a shout !
Signing players may mean dedication but it does not guarantee it !

I now await their explanation, with my continued participation on their board hanging in the balance. The explanation had better be a very good one.
Very good article... although personally I'd like to have seen us sign up Ben Mee by now. Not only would he relieve some of the defensive worries but he'd be symbolic of things moving in the right direction.
