I think its the other way around.
Spurs is the biggest club he's ever managed - yes.
But how were we before him? I seem to remember a joke who lost pretty much every game sitting bottom of the league.
He was a nobody before he came to us,
==================
I'm guessing him being a top notch wheeler dealer, plus handedly making Portsmouth go bust, has gone unnoticed in this world
Tottenham were nothing before Redknapp came here. (corrected sentence!)
Redknapp did not make Portsmouth go bust
Aren't you the guy who just had a go at me for wumming
No, i made a sentence to you, that stated that you were trying to hard |
When he joined you you were relegation candidates, hardly a big team taking a chance on a manager
To be precise, Spurs were a mid-table team before 'Arry joined them.
And now you're a football club who've played in the Champions League for the first time last year under 'Arry.
Also, 'Arry was tipped to become the next England manager before he decided to manage Spurs, so yes he was 'somebody'.
In conclusion what you've wrote is utter garbage. If I were you, I'd refrain from posting inaccurate speculations.
I take issue with Spurs being mid-table side
1. Short-term - relegation form side.
2. Medium term - Revival from 2005. Two fifth place finishes not mid-table.
3. Long-term, I agree. Generally mid-table since the Premiership began but he's ultimately built on the project and foundations established by Jol, well Levy mainly.
too hard!!

Yeahh!!!! Even you agree!!
