Duke, don't you see that as a problem?
Everybody pays but only the elite get a profit at the expense of the troops and all the tax-payers.

===

Yes perhaps but its all built in to the capitalist system.
Greed is good and all that.
The moral of which is wrong the reality is we are all in it in a small way.

Quebec

There has always been a strong military tradition among the Ulster Scots,British and Irish,so the Rangers connection with the troops is just part of our history and tradition.
I do not think for one instant that Rangers are involved for propaganda purposes. It is not a new thing for us.
Plenty of Catholic and Celtic guys in Britain,Ulster and Eire have joined the British army and have made the ultimate sacrifice.

How much did Rangers give to the Poppy Appeal?

How much did Celtic give to the Poppy Appeal?

Celtic FC supported the Poppy Appeal with hard cash. 10,000 pounds.

Rangers FC gave them tickets they couldn't sell.

Aye I see what you mean there.

Obviously you wouldn't joke about this.

Guy with Hero in his tag.

Joking about war and sacrifice and death.

No way.

Which landing was he in?

I've got this massive database & could probably find him on it.

TBBAB, I wear a poppy every year.
I don't however make judgements on people who don't.
What exactly were these troops fighting and dying for if not for our right to choose what we wear or support.

Oh and TBBAB, coming from Glasgow, a lot of my family members served and died.

I don't think these troops would want HfH making points in their name.
I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
