I wouldn't mind 20 million. OK yes it is over-priced but Rodwell is genuinely a good footballer unlike Henderson and of course you do have to take into acount inflation as he's young and English. He's also a long term buy. However like Alex said we might not have to go to quite so muc.h.

Rodwell has shown signs of being a very good player but you have to factor in his poor injury record.

I personally rate him, and I think he has the potential to be a very good player, however I think £20m is a bit over priced.

Trust me if we were selling it would become an auction between United, City and Chelsea. IF he goes expect it to be in the £30M+ range as he is on a nice long term deal and is happy at Everton.

He is only getting a game at the moment because last seaesons 'blame player' Lucas is out injured

We already have lots of young ball-playing CB's, but the more the better

I'd rather spend the 10mil more it'll take to grab Hamsik. Would fit into AVB's system like a glove.

Rodwell's decent though, don't rate Everton's chances of holding onto him for long.

Mate Henderson and Downing are shockingly overpriced. That's being proved now. Liverpool thought they were title contenders at the start of the season.

Well Rodwell is a much better player who A, is happy B, more importantly is on a long well paid deal.

If you think Chelsea will get him for £15M go ahead. You will be outbid by United and City.
