OP agree with your team but I would put Kalou on the bench instead of Malouda.

but kalou has been very poor lately and thats why i have left him out, can u remind me of the last meaningful contribution he has made to the team??

Malouda has been absolutely dire completely disinterested, at least Kalou tries when he's on the pitch he adds pace/directness as opposed to Malouda who is intent on slowing down the game and constantly losing the ball + making wayward passes.
Kalou was ok when he came off the bench against Newcastle scored a goal and against Wigan added some trickery on the left hand side

Kalou is a much better impact sub than Malouda

Cech

Ivanovic
Terry
Romeu
Cole

Ramires
Meireles
Lampard

Sturridge
Drogba
Mata

That won't be the team though, AVB will play Bosingwa, Bale will probably be fit, and whenever i hear either of their names on my car radio my heart will leap into my mouth.

well i hear your point but i respectfully disagree i am of the opinion that although they have both been poor, malouda is the better player and contributes more to the team plus he is more versatile as he can play as one of the 3 in midfield as well as one of the front 3 as well.

Ok what has Malouda contributed to the team this season?

I'm not even a fan of Kalou but I acknowledge that he has contributed more to the team than Malouda this season.
Kalou can play anywhere across the front 3.

Actually I would start Bertrand over Cole,he needs to be dropped completely out of form.

HHHBF: Romeu as a centre back?? yes i agree he can do a good job in that position, but to throw him in there in such a big game im not too sure, so sorry i dont think that team can secure the much needed victory, and Drogba needs a rest as hes played way too many games off late hence his poor performance in the last game.

What about Lalkovic? Surely he's ready for a place on the bench.

posted on 22/12/11

I would also start Bertrand but it wont happen

posted on 22/12/11

I imagine Kalou will be on the bench and therefore only Bertrand or Ferreira,

posted on 22/12/11

Don't see a big need for Lalkovic on the bench, when we can just use Kalou

OP

I fancy Carol Vorderman..but that aint happening either

amf

I actually put Kalou & Malouda on the first train outta Waterloo & be done with it personally..

Wasters

posted on 22/12/11

They both have been been terrible, i actually hope they are both sold off in the summer but im sure if you check both their stats over the past 2seasons ud find that malouda has more goals and assists, check it out and holla back at me.

Btw in other news Kakuta is on loan to Dijon for the rest of the season. I would have liked to see him stat TBH but hopefully this is the break he needs

OP & amf

wasters...( kalou & Malouda I meant) - but you knew that...

I don't want Kalou to stay,I would just prefer he stays on the bench over Malouda until January then ship him out Sheriff
