just as one door opens....another one bangs shut and breaks your nose!
Lets hope we don't need to nickname this kid sicknote like the great Darren Anderton was Alonso seems to be a tad lightweight and picks up injuries very easily but then again so does 75% of our squad what the hell does Coyle do to them?
MJrovers.
I am not too bothered about star ratings, to be honest. It's the comments that I aim interested in.
Do you have anything to add to your comment or should I just delete it now?
MJrovers...
Please tell me that it stands for Michael Jackson...because that would explain everything.
By the way...your profile, the one where you bang on about correct spelling and grammar. You've missed an apostrophe, flower.
Gutted about Alonso.
I just hope that by the time this lad reaches the level of playing superbly week in week, he's not nearing the end of his contract...
Certainly potential to be our left back for a very long time..
Anybody know what's happening with the court case?
Little things, LB.
I noticed a real simple difference between Alonso and Robbo - first touch.
Alonsos is always turning out, Robbos first touch takes him inside.
Without stereotyping, this lad is a "typical" Spanish player.. Comfortable in the ball, and hates wasting a pass..
any idea how our other cover left back gardner is faring?he was supposed to be out injured for 3 weeks. that was 5 weeks ago!
Could not agree more RR only hope ricketts is back to cover.
I think the emergence of Alonso the past two games has been the only light to come from all our injuries and suspensions. He played a blinder against Blackburn, and I don't think it's any coincidence that Blackburn were all over us from the moment he went off - especially down the right wing!
