Arsenal fans actually think they will go futher than us in the champs league
I have this article booked mark for use at a later date in the champs league.

Not many straws left for the Chelsea fans to clutch onto I see
Still fully expect United to go further than Chelsea and Arsenal in all competitions
Because after all, United and City are superior teams to any London clubs!

Your words not mine fella
If you find that interesting then I imagine your parents didn't have much trouble keeping you quiet on Christmas Day when the grown ups were talking.

thats very mature and you call me a child.
Obviously never stumbled in drunk and somehow found your way on the board for the 'Modern Pentathlon' then Park...
City, the Barcelona of the Prem At home to Stoke maybe.
Imagine if Fergie could buy the players Man City have bought. Utd would be on 54 points by now.
If Fergie can outwit a team costing over £500 million, that will be amongst his finest achievements.
So Ferguson is limited by finances, make your minds up...
Man City - the Barca of the PL who play the best football the world has ever seen

Then surely Barca are the City of La Liga?
Bubbly I actually wrote an article with those comments in it so didn't have to go far
I was also WUMming by the way when I said Cíteh would walk it. I've been saying all season United would win the league.

United's current squad cost roughly £290 million to build...City's cost roughly £340 million.
You make it sound as if United have built their squad for nothing...
If Fergie can outwit a team costing over £500 million, that will be amongst his finest achievements.
I didn't realise that City could field every player they've ever bought at the same time.

It's called squad depth Boris.
Nasri doesn't play often, but your squad is still stronger with such an expensive player avaliable. So it's very important to include back-up players when assessing the squad.
So, you think our squad cost £500m.
Did City's current squad cost £500m?
That means we paid an average of £20m a player. Didn't realise the likes of Kompany, Zab, Hart, Onouah, Richards, Hargreaves, Johnson, Clichy, Razak etc were so expensive.
http://www.transferleague.co.uk/league-tables/2006-2011.html
City have on average spent so much money opposition managers and fans think they only spent £200-£300m but in fact they spent over £500m and over a net spend over £400m.
Safe to say this spending will not happen again at any club, I thought it would be hard to eclipse abramovich first 3 years but city manager to eclipse those 3 years + make anzhi machala and psg and malaga spending look so small they spend this every transfer window for these clubs combined..
I knew we should have been quiet talking about transfers, here he is, Mr Buzz Killington.
It's interesting that City's strongest XI only costs about 25m more than United's. And here was I thinking that you'd got all your players for free...
Man utd have only bought 3 players above £20m, city have bought 11 which average at around £25m each.
So, you think our squad cost £500m.

No, maybe not quite. But you've paid loads of money for flops as well, you can't just dismiss those. Being able to write off flops like Santa Cruz and Jo is another unique advantage you have.
In contrast United suffered when we signed Veron and he failed to perform, because we can't simply buy another £30 million player and hope he does better.
