"KEIOC have given them an option to raise funds,we await the clubs business plan."
As our erstwhile, much (ahem) loved and missed CEO, KW once said "There is NO plan B".

Plan E?
KEIOC have given them an option to raise funds
-------------------------------------------
Not sure that they have tbh.
They've come up with an idea intended to provide increased non matchday traffic in the area.
Unless both clubs own the restaurants / bars / hotels, then they're not going to profit from the venture, aside from possibly through increased revenue in the club shops or stadium tours.
If I've missed the point, then please set me straight.
Read the prospectus old chap.

As I said earlier, nothing set in stone to guarantee these figures. Plus the backing of a local MP.is hardly ground breaking, wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't try to regenerate the area
Would his Union support be removed if he didn't
.....and the alternative option is?
Waiting for Godot?
