Parker is comfortably the best player in his position in the PL, he was outstanding in a very c*ap team last season. Now that he has joined a much better team his ability is more widely recognised and acknowledged........................recent comments praising him have come from Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger, Fabio Capello, Paul Lambert, Roberto Mancini, plus a number of players who have been up against him this season.
I suppose we should ignore their experience and just accept the opinion of someone who spouts rubbish????

Read what I said...........................................Parker was the best player in HIS POSITION in the PL last season. Fairly simple and easy to understand I think!
You also read something into a newspaper article that was not stated!!! Never let the facts get in the way of a good rumour!!

Furthermore, Parker was voted by the journalists who see far more players than we do, even with Sky. It was a fairly unanimous verdict based on performances, consistency, attitude etc.

But Parker wasn't voted "the best in his position in the PL last season" was he?

He was voted best in the PL, period.
