further to this,
it would be his 3rd wellness failure so if WWE stick to thier wellness policy then Orton should be fired!
....and here is their policy.....
In the event of a third positive test for substances prohibited by this Policy, the WWE Talent’s contract with WWE will be terminated and WWE will publicly disclose the WWE Talent’s name and that WWE Talent’s contract was terminated for a third violation of the Policy.

have a read of that it sums up Orton's previous history with drugs etc it wouldn't surprise me if its them hiding a 3rd failed test
wouldn't be surprised at all....
it would be too much to lose him for them though.
there are people saying that he is injured so they took him off TV by having Barrett throw him down some stairs.....
if he is injured he would not be involved at all in the wreslting side, especially a bump like that.
IMO they are covering it up!
Blue, genuinely injured wrestlers will often been then seen having their injured part "injured" on tv, to legitimise their time away.
Seems funny how SO many sites are saying wellness violation. Big moment for WWE espesh as Linda is going for Senator, AGAIN. If it is his 3rd then they have little option but to boot him out.
I expect TNA is licking its lips right now
I hope they take him off, I don't really like him or his wrestling style and it would send a really clear message out about the WWE's intent on looking after their talent.
according to his twitter its just ugly rumours but then again he would say that
With Orton past violations, I really wouldn't be suprised if this was true, however I can't see WWE booting out one of their current top stars.
I have not always liked Orton and his gimmick as Apex Predator has gone stale but firing him for drugs violation will be too much though it will be against WWE policy in the past.
