I don't think he is a CB. He's a RB who can apparently fit in at CB but he's hardly ever played there and he's best known for oing forwards than being a cautious defender.
It probably means Cha's days are numbered and Lustig and Matthews will fight it out for the RB.
Wouldn't surprise me if Cha and Ki leave in Jan. We'll have to jettison a few as well, as there will be at least one more arrival.
