Given that Bates has recently stated that the gate receipts all go on players wages the new man will have too except that if he wants to bring in new players he will have to find a club desperate enough to take current players with their wages off the Leeds books.

Then if he has managed to move some players on he needs to accept that he will need to scour the freebie and loan market in order to put together a squad worthy of promotion.

Any manager who thinks he can make a success of the situation Bates will put him in will have proven that he has not got a clue what is required to make Leeds successful again.................... a change of ownership.

I agree that a change of ownership is required big time. However changing owners can't happen quick enough therefore we need a motivating stern manager to come in and get us back to winning ways.

We already have a spineless man in charge! He should have put his foot down with Bates numerous times, we should of kept Bradley Johnson in the summer. Grayson does have some leverage in the fact its gonna cost Bates to sack him as he is under contract and it will cost to bring in a new manager

Gates are falling drastically but fortunately for Bates we've drawn Arsenal away in the cup which will make up for some of the loss.

If you are an average side like us, you at least need the fans on side and it was clear from the start that there was no positivity from the fans and protests started from the very 1st home game. Bates retaliated by labelling fans 'morons' and that hardly helped the gates.
