if you are drawing up a list, dont stop there....
Completely agree, I hope he is sold in january. Our play become a lot slower and ineffective when he came on as well.
If anybody was to blame it was probably Szczesny (who had a pretty good game), he pawed the ball and it just dropped to Senderos to head back in the penalty area.
Players like rosicky, squillaci, Walcott, djourou are simply not reliable enough. They have good spells and everyone all of a sudden says how they are good squad members, but the reality is, they have the potential to be utter reliabilites, no matter what form they are in.
How chamberlain is not put on the bench bemuses me. He is a game changer ffs, someone wit genuine exciting ability. He could have been bought in and the impetus would have changed.
But basically, djourou cost us the game today.
Let two players run past him as the corner came in... It's so horrendously poor, lazy and down right disgusting at this level.. The guy gets paid FFS to pla footy and he just stands there like he doesn't care!! Just like those two free kicks this season where he doesn't even turn round...
what did rosicky do? I know sky highlighted him letting someone past him for the corner but we're marking zonal from corners this season so I'm not sure if he did wrong there.
Szczesny, who was outstanding for most of the match was the one at fault, a rare mistake from a very good young keeper.
Was it him that attempted the back-heel where Arsenal lost possesion? A lot seems to be being made of Djourou getting sent off without much mention of why he was under pressure!
You're not havign a go at Tomas "Bothered?" Rosicky are you? Don't worry, his improvement over the past few games is simply down to the transfer shop window.
I've never understood how he has managed to stay on here when his contribution over the years has been truly woeful. Yes I know he got injured, often and for long periods, but when he has played he has done nothing.
He will be given a new five year contract with a raise to boot. That is what we are doing, making very poor players go through the motions for one of the biggest team in the country.
