Just get the job done first time whatever you do as Cheltenham will be well up for it and in full confidence due to their league position and the last thing you want is a replay. Surely if you play your Europa team they'll get the job done?
Rest everyone that is exactly what the Dr ordered and even light training the next few days just to allow the muscles and mind to rest.
Surely if you play your Europa team they'll get the job done?
youd think so anyhow man? personally hope we give the boys a good rest now
sea the stars
defo have deserved a break now eh!
Are Cheltenham not a League 2 team? I know you went out of the C5 Cup but if you can beat Rubin Kazan at home with the reserves then I'm sure a League 2 team will be a breeze.

"Im not 100% about rb i don't really want Walker to play"
Dont blame you, no Kaboul, Walker or Assou Ekotto, poor Cheltenham
It's pretty obvious A'rry will play a 2nd/3rd string however, if he did it in the channel 5 cup im sure he willdo it against a league 2 side at home.
Obviously Arry rests everyone.
And hopes Sandro and Parker and Gallas can recover in 8 days.
We're not interested in the FA Pot.
We want back in Europe.
And that means a top 4 position.
And if you're a Spurs believer, maybe a better finish than that!!!
Today's performance was not covered in Glory. Thank G. for Defoe.
Hope Arry has seen the light there!
Cheltenham are no pushovers. 2nd in the league with good form (W9,D2,L1 in last 12 league games).
Like us, league will be their priority but they will be well up for the game on Saturday.
Top 4 spot is the priority for Spurs this season, but I hope we have a good cup run too now we don't have to bother with the C5 cup on Thursday evenings.

'We're not interested in the FA Pot'
Really? So would you be happy to take the 8 FA cup wins off of our honours list as it's something 'we're not interested in'? We can't on the one hand laugh at Arsenal as they've not won anything for years, and then reject any chance we have of winning a trophy just so we can emulate exactly what Arsenal HAVE achieved since winning a trophy - i.e qualify for the 'Champion's' League.
This is an odd one really, we need to rest our 1st team players, especially with all the injury's yet the FA Cup is the last Cup competition we are in
Put the kids out.. if they cant beat Cheltenham, then they all need a good shoe-ing!!! :P
As always, the weakest possible strongest team should be fielded.
However, with the injury situation, it would be a good chance to give all 2nd string players (Rose, Niko etc) a full 90 min workout.
