I get the impression that many on here are frustrated or bored with their existing employment and that makes me sad.
I don't want to sound like a broken record but the only way you can stimulate yourself, in a professional non-dirty way, is by pushing yourself and seeking out new challenges, rather than festering in the same comfort zone of mediocrity.
If you work in a big company and you're bored with your profession then start networking from within, show willingness to other departments, demonstrate an excellent work ethic throughout, basically do everything you can to create a positive change. If an opportunity doesn't open up then challenge yourself and start actively seeking work. Don't be afraid of interviews, cheesy as it sounds, every failed interview draws you closer to your next successful one, an invaluable learning experience.
Using JA606 as a social networking tool during core working hours is all good and well in the short term, but maybe you should foucs on trying to create a better/happier lifestyle for the long term benefits. All depends what motivates you really, money, success, job satisfaction etc, challenge yourself professionally and you'll feel a hundred times better about yourself when your striving to achieve something which carries so much importance to you and your family (if you have one).
