A million Alan Nixons on Twitter. Which one is he? What's his @?

Nice to be linked with, but I can't see that nobody has made anything official with Junior Hoilett! He is far too good for us to end up buying him.

Nice to hear us being linked with big players, but being linked with and actually signibg them is a massive difference.

Cheers, Benjirob, but I thought that was who he was talking to...

I'll have another look!

If he's out of contract in the summer and Blackburn have financial issues, a fee of 4-5 million pounds might be too good for them to refuse. I can't see it happening myself though, why they'd sell to a relegation rival is beyond me but then again, everything going on at Blackburn is ridiculous.

It's definitely @reluctantnicko, I'm following him myself on there...

Junior Hoillet won't sign a new contract for B'burn because he doesn't want to pay in the C'ship. Why would he sign for us atm? And would we want a player on a good P'ship wage & 4 year deal that we couldn't afford in the C'ship? Doubt it.

Striker on loan? I think I could have guessed that one as well as Nixon

Bricks, RE The Hoilett contract: He also alluded to the idea it would be a short contract. Think one fan tweeted "Surely his dad wouldn't let him sign a long contract and it would have lots of clauses." He said: "And ... When u sign a top young player u expect to lose him." Essentially, we could be offering him a bumper pay deal for a year or two here.

Got him...

Rodrigo was awful for us. Sincerely hope he isn't the wonder signing.

Just a theory on Rodrigo. To even get mentioned in the same breath as the Spain squad is impressive. To be fair as well. We player a left footed striker at right midfield. Hardly going to see the best of him are we.

just been told on twitter by alan nixon that yes we do want him but it was printed in the sunday people so dont know how true the story is

If Hoilett ever signed for us i would get my c*** out on the centre circle and waggle it about for the whole 15 minutes of half time on a cold winters day
That is how confident i am this WILL NEVER HAPPEN Spurs and Newcastle hav
e been linked with him so no way will he ever sign for another relegation team.

I am really impressed with Nixon. Seems very knowledgable about the deals.

I do wonder how he is allowed to say all this stuff? Surely BWFC and Blackburn must know that him mentioning things on twitter may interest other parties?

posted on 8/1/12

Rowbot, he's just like all the journos.

Mention enough stuff and eventually you will get one right.

People only remember the right ones and not the 30 they get wrong for each right one.

posted on 8/1/12

But Bricks, he's not just like all the journos, is he? He's Coyle's mate. They aren't all Coyle's mate.

posted on 8/1/12

Well in that case, largehat, Coyle is obviously approving what he says?

He wouldn't let him spout rubbish, would he?

Does anyone know if Hoilett played in the cup?
I know they rested Samba and Yakuba prompting rumours they were to be sold but Kean said yesterday they will not be sold but no mention of Hoilett.
If he is like Cahill contract wise maybe they have to sell quick but with big name teams interested that is why i doubt we can pull it off.
But as said why would Coyle allow Nixon to report this if it was not very close to being done?

posted on 8/1/12

Sorry, largehat. My last comment sounded a bit aggressive I think.

I was just meant to ask a genuine question but it came out wrong!

posted on 8/1/12

BWFC forever, Hoilett didn't play yesterday, there could be something in that?

posted on 8/1/12

largehat. Coyle will be subject to very strict confidentiality rules regarding the clubs affairs, especially where they involve a third party. You should only trust news through official channels.

A very good friend of mine owns a security company that provide all the close protection needs for MUFC and their emloyees.

He wouldn't tell me the time and place that Rooney will be dining in and how many plain clothed operators just happen to be dining in that resteraunt at the same time or how many of his 24hr mobile patrols are on duty in and around the players homes.

Or the hotel the wags are staying in when they play Milan and how many of his employees are deployed to look after their safety.

I didn't believe him when he first told me until he took me to the exclusive Circle Club in Manchester, and the ManU squad were in there and they all knew him. He also knew every dangerous & confused looking punter in there.

Am I missing something?
This Hoilett geezer...why are we raving about him if he can't even get a game for the Dingles?

He has played in the majority of their games this season, apart from a few out due to being knocked unconscious by Swarzer ...

Fair enough.

Now I'm excited. This from Nixon on twitter about this mystery loan signing:

Question
is the 'other loan' well known or is he a risk?

"Under wraps for now. If u get him I buy a season ticket."

He is obviously a huge name. What he has given away is:

He's young
He play's in a foreign league
Not at Barca or Real

Given how hyped up Nixon is getting about this player, and even following this logic it sounds insane, but do you think we've had the stones to try and loan Neymar?
