Am very worried that Ramsey might not be quick enough to cut the mustard. He's painfully slow, and the jury's out on whether his technique can redeem him.

Was best player on the pitch after Henry.
His finishing will come good. Remember Fabregas at his age? Now look at him.

he looks an excellent Chmapionship player rather than an excellent PL player

he was our best player today. and stats wise. he creates more chances that any other player on the team. fool.

Fabregas at his age was world class.

his general play is great, but his work in the final third needs to be improved i'm afraid.

I think Ramsey is just misfiring. When he's on his game, he's untouchable. When he's bad, he's woeful. And because he CAN be so good, people regard a middle-ground performance with disdain and seem to believe it's poorer than it really is.

Last two games he's been good, he needs to release the ball a quicker, that's my only gripe with him.

Ramsey's problem is that he doesn't seem to have that killer pass in him yet and isn't scoring goals either which leaves us in a very bad position especially considering that he is practically playing behind RVP. Although he's definitely one for the future he's not good enough yet to start week in week out for a team like Arsenal.

at Ramsey's age Fabregas hadn't found his goalscoring touch, but still Fab was another level then if we're honest. But I reckon Ramsey will start to score, his shot is decent but his composure let's him down.

I'm critical of Ramsey when he doesn't play well. However, besides his shooting, he had an excellent game today.

Cesc is special though.

Shouldn't expect to have a midfielder of his quality again in the next 5 years.

out of interest, and not a dig at ramsey himself, but how long are we allowed to use the 'just come back from a horrific injury' line as justification for his slow development?

I don't think ramsey helped chamakh out nearly enough as he should have bombed forward more, too many times arshavin and aoc would have the ball with only chamakh anyway near the penalty box, and arshavin looked a lot more dangerous then ramsey

ramsey will come good but I think people are confusing potential ability with current ability, something people do way to often

Cesc is one of the rare players who are consistent right from the moment they've made their debut.
It's rare to find them players even tho its great when you do.

Wilshere would've been world class had he not been injured. He's the one to help us.

Ramsey will come good in a couple yrs.

Stop having a lady at Aaron he's quality and has the ability to dictate the tempo of the game, great stamina and good pace moving forward with the ball. He was the real man of the match tonight - expect to see a blossoming partnership when Jack is back.

In two minds about Ramsey... there is no questioning his workrate & desire however, in the attacking midfield position, he is unfortunately not gonna be the answer.
Cesc at 17 was way more consistent in delivering the final ball and always had that 'extra quality' that sets apart good players from great players. I do not think Ramsey is that 'special quality' player that is required in the CAM position at the Arsenal.
However, me thinks that Ramsey will be the eventual successor to Arteta..... Having said that, i do also believe we have our Cesc replacement in Wilshere... 'special quality'... i still get goosebumps watching him vs Barca last season.

Ramsey reminds me a lot of that wonder kid not so long ago Bentley.

Both British w/ flair, ability, prospect. But ultimately will never come good at World Class clubs.
