So basically he's a bottler that doesn't want to fight for his place, he certainly hasn't got the top 4 mentality now in my opinion and I hope we do void if this is true.
That would be a very strange decision.
The little hoops have to believe something. If we make a serious bid to sign him, he's ours over relgation favourites QPR. If not, he's a mercenary, an idiot and or someone I wouldnt want at Spurs.
doo doo's, has samba come out and said this? Until then lay off the insults mate. In a few days we will probably see samba come out and say he's not interested in joining a club on the same level as blackburn. If this is true then insult him all you want but i firmly believe he will be a spurs player soon

I just can't imagine anyone not wanting to join us over qpr,no disrespect meant.
It may well be that he would prefer to play under Mark Hughes.
A player's ambitions do not have to be about glory and CL status. there can be glory in achievements other than trophies or european football
He could be equally ambitious by staying put at Blackburn and helping the club improve.
But he certianly will not make a decision about his future career in reaction to someone else's failure.
Why would any player with any sense want to leave one relegation threatened club to join another when a club in the CL places with an outside shot the the title wants to sign him? Because he wants to play for the overrated, mediocre Hughes? Get real. If QOR offer Samba silly money and he goes then he's not the sort of guy I'd want at Spurs - we want ambitious players, not mercenaries. Time will tell.
Samba is getting on a bit, if he doesn't sign for a top side in this window or the next, he'll always be at a struggling club, where PL status is nowhere near guarenteed. I know what I'd rather do...
But the begining of your post said " so basically he's a bottler" Meaning you have already made your mind up on him, that's what i'm getting at

The conclusion to what I said was if it was true.
Samba's only 27 I thought....?!
In other words, Samba is guaranteed a starting place at QPR, but not even guaranteed to be on the bench at Spurs.
