In Ireland you have to pay for your rubbish to come and be collected by a private company, or take it to your cousin's uncle's brother-in-law's farm where they have some way of making it all disappear.

The RDBD is pathologically vindictive on points of principle.

And since the council contracted out the refuse stuff, doesn't happen (the local rags now print the holiday collection schedules) .

I respect the posties more for their toil on my behalf (I occasionally chat to the guy who delivered to my old residence, and I did Xmas postie work as a student yrs ago) .

Closest to me is Nongprue Stadium, home of 'The Dolphins' (Pattaya United FC). They currently fifth in the premier league. Tickets are a quid with free programme .
