Obviously not, rather Moyes building up the lads confidence does seem to be paying dividends,
Bit too early to be singing his praises yet but surely he must realise his fate is in hiis own hands considering the competition he has for his place.
A well taken goal, are we about to see what everyone raves about in training?
Too early to tell, he jsu need to keep banging them in
Is it bad that we still perist with Saha and Cahill?
Blu it is definitely bad that moyes misguided loyalty gets in the way of common sense. cahill has not performed for the last two seasons with this one being his worse by a long chalk, the bloke has been our talisman sure enough but it is time for Moyes to have a word and put him on the bench or a spell in the reserves. Look at Fellaini as well, passes like a crab and is far and away no where near the best midfielders in the Prem.
We couldn't afford having Cahill in the reserves atm wandering but I agree with what you are saying, I think it would be an advantage just having him as an option on the bench for now.
I cannot knock Cahill for what he's done for us but its clear he needs to be benched for a while and let Straq and or Vell a decent run. The chance Gibson put over for him in the first half just shows he's not with it at present.
Moyes has said he wants to start bringing the average age down so is it likely that soon (or end of season) the changes we are wanting will take place by phasing out Cahill, Saha and Neville? I hate to see it but hopefully so.
