If we (Bolton) won all the games played this season, then won the remaining, we'd win the league.

You'd win. You'd not even be able to concede the title on goal difference having won ever single game.
we wouldnt be that lucky , we would have points deducted for something LB
As things stand, Norwich (in 9th) have won only 2 more games than us, and Swansea (in 12th) have won the same number of games than us.
So, in conclusion, if we'd have won only 16 more games, then we wouldn't be bottom 3.
Also if we'd turned just ONE of our draws into a win, we'd be above Blackburn which, let's be honest, is exactly where we should be.

Our problem is that we haven't drawn enough games. Besides the blatant fact that we have been sheet and not won enough, either.
