"I've heard very little credit going to Kean for the way he set the team up and the way all 11 players battled like lions"

I wish one hadn't battled like a lion...

Maybe fans are still in shock at Kean managing a win at home? His overall record is poor however albeit the recent upturn in form is worrying.

The silence, however, mirrors what is happening in the real world wow - silence form the owners, bile from Anderson, weasel words from Kean and rumours of uncertainty and January sales.

A good win, even a great win, made better by today's result but the season isn't even half saved here.

Kean made reference to the fans yesterday wow - after weeks of whinging about the atmosphere, why didn't you negative boy?

Wow is provocative and mostly posts on here after a positive result.

Full credit to the players yesterday.

Rover the hill and far away:

Yes, the atmosphere was not vicious yesterday (unlike the Bolton game) and it has been getting better in recent weeks (see Stoke at home).

But I didn't make reference to the fans because IMO they were very passive until the sending off, waiting for something to happen before they started supporting the team.

More credit should go to the players and the manager yesterday. The fans 'jumped on the bandwagon' once we started scoring goals. That isn't the way it should be. The players and the fans should share the responsibility of spurring each other on. Sadly that wasn't the case yesterday...

...negative boy

"The players and the fans should share the responsibility of spurring each other on."

Silly me - I thought spurring the players on was the manager's job. He must get the £25k for other work.

However I think you'll find that this mini form upturn is being greeted with the skepticism it deserves from fans attending the ground and online. We have only just scraped out of the bottom three. After 21 games, we have less than half of the points normally required for safety. We have a run of hard games coming up, our top scoring striker (great acquisition Kean) is now suspended for three games and there are many many off the field problems including Kean and his puppet master doing their level best to antagonise fans and present their "poor me" complexion.

I would suggest that the fans have done enough during their part in the Venkean regime - time for the players, manager and owners to step up to the mark - players and manager demonstrating this yesterday.

I look forward to the day Kean leaves the club and his lies are revealed.

Full credit to the players who dragged us out of the mess the manager put us in last season and hopefully will again this season.

++++++++++++++++++++
And that's new to Football Fans give me a club that the fans don't jump on the bandwagon

Sorry, I was out getting totally smashed!

Well done the lads, Kean Out, Venkys Out, Samba Out, Hoilett Out!

ps do you consider your post to be demonstrating support for the team? Rather than actually discuss the games incidents, individual performances or anything related to the game; you merely came on to abuse the fans again.

I find you disgusting, your criticism isn't helping the fans and David Moyes agrees with me...

Samba out Pie? Really? Would be happier if we got real owners/manager in who would convince him that Ewood would still be a happy home for him.

posted on 15/1/12

Indeed I would, not an expression of me wanting him to leave but I'm convinced he won't be our player next month...

Dear Wow,

In answer to your question you are actually wrong.

When we last lost, last weekend, there was a total of 7 articles posted that day and the following.

When we last won, yesterday, there is to date on the day and the following day a total of 9 articles.

Henceforth it is NOT quieter on here when we win than when we lose.

Wows like Vingay, he disappears after spouting rubbish and factually incorrect views.
I think Vingay and Wow go together like a bum and a ringpiece and should ride off to the Blue Moon together.

This is more SK Propoganda and in essence, what upsets ALL fans nevermind protesters!

I will applaud all efforts to improve our lot, but cannot comprehend why denial of the facts is deemed to be a positive attitude? I am a "glass half full" kind of guy(shame SK wasn't)and can see that the progression of our youngsters is A way forward.
However, no statements from our owners/manager on the clubs aims/direction undermines this.

anyway...

"Blackburn fans, who have protested, heckled and threatened the man, all so far in vain, should now realise their frustrations were being thrown in the wrong direction.

Agreed, Sam Allardyce should never have been sacked, Kean never appointed, and a record of just seven wins in 39 games should never have been deemed acceptable. But none of these issues are Kean's fault."

Why is the 7 in 39 not the managers fault?

What a stupid article written by what is obviously a monkey pretending to be a journo.

"With his biggest enemies coming from within in the form of chairmen and the club's own supporters"

Do fans not deserve better given how much they spend following the club?
We don't have a chairman you k n o b read the letter from Mr Williams in the other article, probably the best chairman in the Premiership.

"Kean can take a well deserved bow for a run that has seen him take four points away from Old Trafford and Anfield in the previous two games"

Its good that we're allowed to discount the result of the Stoke game. Factually incorrect as well as poorly written.

Staff journalist indeed. Teaboy!!

Don't let the facts get in the way of an article.
It was probably a BBC journo doing a bit of moonlighting.
