love to have him, BUT he is a nightmare.
and i dont rate him on a personal leval.
I agree he is a nightmare and he will only stay with us for a maximum of 2 seasons but he will score quite a few goals for us. We could say to him that if a team from Brazil or Argentina comes in for him at a set price we will let him go to them i actually think he would take that offer.
Id love to have him at Chelsea but dont think he'l fit in with our snail paced style of play.
hes a trouble maker, he would cause lots of disruption .
Mr Chelsea
he might actually bring a bit of emergency to our play which wouldn't be a bad thing.
Let's assume he is a nightmare and we have to shift him after this season, but still plays well while he's here and scores 10-12 goals down the stretch. 25 million for a half season of Tevez has to be better value than what we've had or are likely to get from Torres. That said it can't be a good idea for any English club to go for him.

Exactly he would be a nightmare and its a massive risk but he would definetly get us the goals to finish in the top 3 and we might just be able to catch the 2 Manchester clubs.
He is the type of player that I could see really having an impact and would hit the ground running. Perfect down the stretch. Wish we could get him on loan though.
TGI
There is no chance of that.
Agreed, but don't think there's much chance of signing him period though. I can't see any English team making a serious bid for him.
Id welcome him with open arms. My comment was more tongue in cheek aimed at the plodders in our team who are determined to slow our build up play down.
However
a) City want to sell him NOT LOAN him out
b) City would never in a million years even think about selling us Tevez even if we do pay the asking price, they'd prefer to ship him out to Italy or Spain because quite frankly he's that good.
Mr Chelsea
I agree with your 1st point, as for your 2nd point i agree and disagree with it i agree that they don't want to sell him to us but if no one else comes up with the money i think they will sell him to us.
Maybe.. Say we agree the transfer fee.. What about his wages? Reported 250k a week?

Not a chance, they would rather force him to rot in the reserves than sell to us.
When Corinthians came in for him i'm certain they said he would have to drop his wages to about £100,000 a week which he was happy to do. Now i don't think he will accept that offer from us but we could get him around £150,000 a week.
Not sure what he wants regarding wages. Inter have made a 20.7m bid for him. Pretty sure they cant afford 250k a week. Anyway its all a pipe dream. If he did ever sign us, he'd only morph into a mentally fragile slow sluggish player who's never kicked a ball in his life
Knowing our luck i wouldn't be surprised!!!!
We've gotta strike lucky with a marquee signing at some point.
