Can this club become anyomre of a joke, that statement is like something a head teacher would issue or some company with does not give a f@@k about its cutomers or employees.

Operation league one is still on course as predicted by many.

Now can all the Forest fans who have been calling ND and MA bad names go and sit at the back of the class and be quiet, operation league one must continue and we can start operation complete f''k up as well.

yep... they have got what they wished for, with consequences they did not think about

You should have realised by now Kerno, the board has never cared about the fans and since ND has gone they hate us especially one MA. They just think of us as people who pay money to see the game nothing more!. They don't care about what we think e.t.c as that is all we are. Remeber the famouse words of MA when ND left "You will all be sorry!" like some pantomine villain, is well and truely keeping up to his promise. ND as well has basically abandoned the club when people only wanted him to be less secretive then actually leave the club!
So there you go Forest Fans, that is our board for you!

Stret's (MA) will probably say there great though!

Sod ND.

What's done is done. What he left us with was ok. Hard times ahead but we shouldnt need to worry about relegation with what he left us. This mess isn't his fault and it's not the fans.

The current chairman manager and players need to there jobs, and get the best out of what ND left them. Which is more than enough fir us to be ok.

Must say I was mightily P'd off when I read MA's rant on the OS.

It comes across like someone addressing their employees, not someone who relies on the continuing support of the people he's addressing to pay his wages!

Have I got this right...?

You have an owner, a lifelong supporter, who pumps in tens of millions of pounds and you hound him out????

DEARY ME!

But look where it got us Spartacus! A forgettable stint in League 1 and not much else. And when he finally made a decent appointment and had a chance of getting us into the Premiership, he threw a hissy fit, didn't provide that little bit of extra support to get us over the finishing line, and subsequently left us in the mess we're in now.

But looking at it another way, I'm sure ND had nearly exhausted the supply of rubbish managers to appoint.

what was released by arthur was said when doughty resigned as chairman.

all he does by reiterating it is further alienate the fans.

Frankly ND and the despicable MA shouldn't be let near the City Ground. I wish MA would do the same as the Owner and go

You do not know how lucky you where.I know he did not get it all right, but he had only the best of intentions. To have a fan as your chairman prepared to bankroll you with his own cash is a dream come true.I wish we had one at Derby.

I wish we had one at Derby.

______________

So do I. I think for all apart from 3 of NDs 12 years at Forest Derby finished above us.

I can't agree with Watnallram about '....it would be nice for us to have a sugar daddy at Derby' (ok, I paraphrased it). Sure, it's fine for a while (Lionel Pickering's cash helped take us up to the top 10 in the Prem for 3 years) but in the end it saddled the club with huge debts and eventually paved the way for the Amigos to use the club as their own personal gravy train.

We're out of that horrible debt situation now (waves at Jom - where did that fool go? I miss him), and given the choice between the Amigos and GSE, I'll take the frugal approach of our American 'friends' every day of the week thank you.

Will Doughty want his £60m odd back? That's the thing that would have me worried if I were a Red Dog.

I seriously hope you escape the drop this year and you can put your financial worries behind you - I really look forward to our 'scarf v flag' battles for the BC Trophy twice a year ('friendlies' just don't cut it).

Eddie, how strange having a chat on the reds board.
I would still prefer to have a local fan/buisnessman at the helm any day of the week.
Longson,Pickering,Gadsby,or amigos,Bob overboard.

OOE: Doughty wanting his money back is what worries me. I doubt he is going to write off that kind of money and we are far from an attractive proposition for a new buyer (we don't own our ground, for example).

Well done Doughty out protestors. Great job done !

mf (sorry, can't quite bring myself to write your monicker out in full):

Wind the clock back 20 years and we had exactly the same problem with Maxwell. In the end he sold Saunders and Wright, pocketed the cash, robbed a million pensioners and STILL couldn't afford to buy a life jacket.

So it wasn't all bad.
